Ever closer.

There's nothing quite so humbling as having a professional editor review your work and make comments and corrections. I have to admit, though, that for the most part Susan was right on point. There may have been six or seven areas of disagreement, which led to interesting (to me) discussions about the rules and myths of grammar, but in the end the final product is better because of her. Now the manuscript has moved out of the final editing stage and is waiting in queue to be typeset. I'm still waiting for permission to use two images to supplement the text, and panic is beginning to set in.
